Digital Marketing Mix & the 4P’s: A Simple Business Guide

Image
Hi, I have been using the marketing mix for years for my business and it has helped me to promote my brand effectively. Earlier, we used the 4P’s for the traditional marketing strategy that included print, radio, television and outdoor. However, things have changed after the introduction of the internet and mobile phones that have changed the way consumers connect with brands. Traditional marketing has taken a back seat and digital marketing has come to the forefront because of the Smartphones. Now the business needs to present on social media and use SEO to find customers while still using the 4 P’s. I am sharing an article to explain this.     https://www.netvision.com.au/digital-marketing-mix-the-4ps-a-simple-business-guide/

Southport emergency declaration over as firearms and grenades removed from law firm

Image
An emergency declaration has been revoked after bomb disposal specialists from the Australian Defence Force safely removed multiple grenades from a Gold Coast office block. Parts of Bay Street in Southport were shut down after a duffel bag containing three "miliary looking grenades" and three semi-automatic rifles were dropped off at a law office at about 8:20am. A man handed the weapons into law firm Ashkan Tai Lawyers and the building was evacuated. Ashkan Tai, the principal of the firm, was seen speaking to police officers on the street outside his office. Wayne was 'very close' to losing his eye to skin cancer. His doctor urges sun safety to be taken seriously

Image
Like many Australians, Wayne Grimley grew up spending a lot of time in the sun. His family had lax views about sunburn and sun safety. "[I was] in the water from dawn to dusk," he said of his childhood on the Gold Coast.  "The grandparents said, 'Summer's coming on, you get a nice little burn to start the season.'" Decades later, Mr Grimley still spends time outdoors, but his attitude towards sun safety has changed after finding a basal cell carcinoma (BCC) skin cancer near his eye.  Read More: https://www.abc.net.au/news/2023-03-29/eyelid-skin-cancer-warning-doctors-urge-sun-safety/102058122

The Gold Coast City Council has voted to remove an art installation that cost more than $2 million after years of repeated criticism and controversies surrounding the sculptures. Councillors voted unanimously to remove the 'Hi-Lights' public art installation, which was erected on the side of the M1 at Yatala ahead of the 2018 Commonwealth Games. The lighting installation spells 'Gold Coast' but cannot be read by passing motorists. Earlier this month, Queensland Police asked council to turn off the lights temporarily, to disrupt hoons allegedly gathering near the installation.  Hi, Business process automation or BPA is a set of activities undertaken by a business with the help of IT technologies to automate time-consuming processes. It helps reduce the dependency of the company on humans and has become a popular practice after the pandemic. It has become hard to find quality talent and most of them are working remotely. Thus, the time-consuming and repetitive tasks are now being passed on to the machines and tools, which can complete them quickly and without errors. There are different types of BPA and you can know more about them through the article shared below.    https://www.business2sell.com.au/blogs/evaluation/business-process-automation-examples-benefits-and-types

Credit Suisse is an anomaly: Why Australia and New Zealand are safe from ‘bank run’ contagion

Image
There has been a lot of talk about the risk of financial contagion following the collapse of California’s Silicon Valley Bank. Perhaps too much talk. While the frequency of bank runs in the past shows the power of emotions to move markets, there’s little reason to panic. We’re not looking at anything like the circumstances that precipitated the global financial crisis of 2008. If you’ve got your savings in any bank or credit union in Australia or New Zealand, the greatest fear is fear itself.
