A lot has been written and said about using loyalty programs to increase profits. However, most entrepreneurs do not take out the time to read the material of create a loyalty program strategy. They straightaway start with the process by offering discounts to existing buyers or attracting them by offering gifts or incentives. As an entrepreneur, I know the importance of data. Thus, when I created a loyalty program, I ensured that it was based on the needs of the buyers. I also made it mandatory to complement rewards with exemplary service.
